Media examples
Here are a some examples of the types of production work you could expect. I would capture the energy of the convention day-to-day, showcase concerts and workshops, highlight performers and instruments, gather testimonials from attendees, and create full event recaps. These materials can be shared with convention attendees through Cvent, shared to the AGO National social media platforms and newsletter, and used in print and online for AGO articles or future event promotion.

Event recap
Highlights from the convention would be edited into a short version suitable for posting online and sending to newsletter subscribers after the event ends, or sharing to YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. Additional, upload-ready short videos would be created for easy online content publishing throughout the year. Here is an example of one I created for the Texas Music Educators Association convention in 2025.
Daily highlights
These reference clips were taken at the Texas Music Educators Association annual convention, which boasts around 30,000 attendees from across the United States, as well as the AGO National Convention in Seattle. For the AGO St. Louis convention, these highlights would include a variety of performances, workshops, celebrations, and attendees interacting with all things organ. Videos can be formatted in horizontal or vertical orientation for quick sharing to social media platforms.
Group photos
Group shots can showcase all the participants and organizers in a picturesque church. These make a great addition to print and online articles.
